WOW!!! Making this cake was a big challenge for me.... Why? Well, I had just returned from a fantastic 2 week holiday from Goa at about 9.30 p.m. and I had about 16 hrs to bake and decorate it before the lovely lady picked it up for her son. And I Thank God for giving me magical hands to get it all done on time!!
